No. Implementation and onboarding are included in the monthly fee. Integration support, training for nursing operations staff, and first-year configuration changes are all covered. We do not charge for the hours our team spends getting you live.

Most implementations complete in 10-14 business days. The primary variable is IT access approval to your scheduling platform and EMR. We provide documentation to expedite that process. Read-only connector setup typically takes 2-3 days once access is granted.

We do not require a minimum term for the first year. After the first year, annual contracts are available with a modest rate reduction. Monthly billing is the default. Most customers continue because the operational value is measurable; we do not rely on lock-in to retain accounts.

Knit processes staffing and scheduling data, not patient clinical records. The ADT feed we consume contains census-level counts and acuity signals, not individual patient identifiers.
